Products will be directly delivered in the place indicated as destination in the order.
Delivery times are 5 working days for Italy and 10 days for foreign countries.
Deliveries will be made through Poste Italiane (Italian Postal Service).
In case of absence of consignee at the moment of the delivery, an advice will be issued and the package can be withdrawn after a few days at the nearest postal office.
For deliveries up to € 70,00 an amount of € 11 will be added as contribution for transport, for deliveries from € 70,00 to € 165,00 contribution will be of € 8,50 and for deliveries over € 165,00 transport is included in price.
Capsor allows you to choose the most convenient payment condition: Credit Card, PayPal, bank transfer, delivery against payment.
Delivery against payment
You will receive the goods through transport agent. The delivery will be carried out by the transporter after cash payment of the price.

For technical reasons of warehouse management, payment by bank transfer or on postal account must be made within 72 hours from order; on the contrary the order will be cancelled.
We shall carry on the shipment of goods to the address mentioned, only after checking the actual payment.
Sending copy of payment receipt by fax to n. (0039) 051 6867200 or by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org the process of order dispatch will take place faster.
At the moment of the payment you will be addressed to a safe server (certificated by Verisign) situated by Key Client, where you will be requested to insert the data concerning the payment instrument. The payment data travels on an enciphered channel authenticated through SSL up to Key Client, that uses them to ask immediately the payment authorization on the normal authorization circuits.
In case you had a 3D-Secure credit card, before effecting the payment it is necessary to register to 3D-Secure service.
3D-Secure is a protection service of on-line purchases, that increases the security of your payment.

The communication of product defects must be made in writing, through registered letter with return receipt, within and not more than 10 days from receipt of goods.
According to art. 4 comma 1 of Law Decree N. 185/99, concerning consumer tutoring in the ambit of distance made contracts, the right of recession from purchase must be made within the limit of ten (10) working days from receipt of goods, through transmission to the following address

Recession can also be made within the same time by cable or fax to nr (0039) 051 6867200, but it must be confirmed by registered letter with return receipt by the following 48 hours.
In case of application of recession right, you must carry out the restitution of the goods received at your expenses, in integral and not used state to Capsor Via Ungaretti, 14 Castello d'Argile (BO) Italy, within ten working days from the date of receipt of goods. Restitution must occur by means of insured parcel carriage paid. Parcels against payment or carriage forward will not be accepted.
Time and modalities of reimbursement
After having received the goods restituted and controlled that all the requirements were respected, Capsor will send an e-mail confirming the acceptance of the restitution. Whatever is the payment modality used (credit card, cash payment upon receipt of goods, anticipated banking transfer), the reimbursement will be carried out by Capsor as soon as possible and however within thirty (30) days from the date on which Capsor was informed of your decision to apply the right for recession, after having checked that recession was made in conformity with above-mentioned conditions.
